Exchange & Return Policy

At MyNeedStore, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer replacement/exchange only for:

  • Products received damaged or defective.

  • Products received in the wrong size (if size options are available).

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or any other reason.

Exchange Request

To request an exchange, please email us at Myneedstorein@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photos or an unboxing video (for damaged/defective products)

  • A brief description of the issue

Return Conditions

The product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Returned with all tags, accessories, and invoices (if applicable)

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for securely shipping the product back to us.

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered by us.

  • Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Free gifts

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (where applicable)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchange Approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the exchange status. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or an alternative product of equal value.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only eligible replacements or exchanges will be processed as per this policy.

Exchange Requests May Be Rejected If

  • The request is made after the allowed time period.

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • The item is returned without prior approval.

  • The returned package is incomplete or improperly packed.

  • The product falls under the non-exchangeable category.

Items Not Considered Defective

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

  • Slight variations in dimensions (within manufacturing tolerance)

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

  • Customer preference or dissatisfaction with the product
